Slide Visionary, artisan, and perfectionist are three of the many traits that make Mohamad Chabchoul a notable chef. He was born in 1985 to Lebanese parents and raised in Syria where he started off his career as a Commis Chef 1 and then became a Senior Chef at Four Seasons Damascus (2005-2007).

In 2007, Chef Chabchoul moved to Dubai to broaden his horizons and seek out new experiences. His extreme and impressive talent qualified him to work at a range of restaurants and assume many roles such as Senior Chef, Room Service Chef, Garde Manger De Cuisine, Chef De Cuisine, and Executive Chef.

Not only is he just an exceptional chef, but he also does a tremendous job balancing between his other duties such as overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, staff training and leadership, cost controlling, menu engineering, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

When not in the kitchen, Chef Chabchoul can be found enjoying painting, reading, and appreciating the arts.

He was also invited to teach a Master Class at the Taste of The World during the Gulf Food Exhibition. Finally, he was recently nominated for Executive Chef of The Year Award (Hotels) at the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2021.
